Since its inception in 1964, Manitowoc
Ice, Inc. continues to be a powerful
force in the foodservice equipment
industry. The Manitowoc Ice team is
committed to providing products that
not only satisfy customer needs but
also add value to the equipment
investment by reducing costs and
emphasizing food safety.
With the introduction of the
Q-Series–we were the first to create
an aesthetically designed line of
ice machines that redefined the
category. With the creation of
QuietQube technology–we were
first in establishing a new category
of innovative remote condensing.
Once again, we introduce another
first. The remarkable S-Series;
S for Savings, S for Sound, S for
Serviceability and S for Style.
The S-Series are the first ice
machines designed to meet
the demanding criteria for
Sanitation established by
NSF/ANSI Standard 12–2003.
In its 360,000 square foot Wisconsin
facility, the company designs,
manufactures and markets a
complete ice machine product
line with 200+ models in ice-making
capacities from 65 to 1,880 pounds
(30 to 854 kgs.) per day.
All Manitowoc ice machines use
environmentally friendly non-CFC
refrigerants. The product line also
includes ice storage bins, floor
standing ice dispensers, ice machine
accessories and a group of cleaning
and sanitizing items such as AuCS,
Guardian, and Arctic Pure water
filters. Innovation and customer
support has enabled Manitowoc
Ice to become America's #1 selling
brand of ice machine and to
capture a greater market share
of the foodservice and hospitality
industry worldwide.
